1. Regular inspection of vulnerable components
The optical components of the laser welding machine are the core vulnerable parts and need to be inspected daily
Laser protection lens: Focus on checking for spatter attachment or cracks. If any damage is found, it should be replaced immediately to prevent impurities from entering the optical path system and contaminating the internal lens.
Focusing lens, reflector, and collimating lens: Check for contamination of the lens. If there is peeling or abnormal light spot, please replace the corresponding specification lens in a dust-free or relatively clean environment.
2. Deep maintenance of cooling system for laser welding machine
The cooling system is the key to ensuring equipment heat dissipation and requires hierarchical maintenance:
Weekly inspection: Observe whether there is any leakage or condensation in the cooling water pipeline, especially in environments with large temperature differences. It is necessary to clean the condensation in a timely manner and wrap it with insulation cotton to prevent moisture from corroding the circuit.
Monthly maintenance: Replace the internal circulating deionized water, clean the water tank filter screen, and add specialized coolant (keep the water level above 2/3 of the water tank scale line) to avoid clogging the pipeline with scale due to poor water quality.
Quarterly inspection: Check the running noise and flow rate of the water pump. If there is abnormal noise or a decrease in flow rate, it is necessary to investigate the blockage of the pipeline and replace the aging sealing ring.
