Maintenance Guide For Handheld Laser Welding Machine (Part 2)

Leave a message

Daily operation and maintenance specifications for laser welding machine equipment:

1. Basic inspection of laser welding machine before and after startup and shutdown

Before starting up the laser welding machine equipment: confirm that the power supply voltage is stable, the cooling system water level is normal, the emergency stop button function is intact, and the protective door is tightly closed.
After shutting down the laser welding machine equipment: Before turning off the main power of the equipment, the laser generator should be turned off first, and the cooling system should continue to run for 5 minutes before cutting off the main power; Clean up splashes and impurities on the workbench.

2. Special maintenance of optical lenses for laser welding machines

The lower surface of laser protective lenses and focusing lenses is prone to dust adsorption. Use compressed air to blow away floating dust in a timely manner, and gently wipe the same position in a clockwise direction with specialized lens paper dipped in alcohol. It is forbidden to wipe the same position repeatedly.
If the laser welding machine has problems such as increased splashing and blackening of the welding points, priority should be given to checking whether the protective lens is contaminated. If the contamination is severe, it should be replaced immediately to avoid high temperature causing the lens to explode.
