Precautions for safety maintenance of laser welding machine:
1. Circuit and High Voltage Safety
When the laser welding machine is working, the circuit is in a high voltage state. Non professional maintenance personnel are strictly prohibited from starting the machine for maintenance. Fault handling must first cut off the main power supply and hang a "Do Not Close" sign.
Regularly check whether the insulation layer of the power cord is damaged and whether the grounding circuit is secure to prevent leakage accidents.
2. Operation and commissioning specifications for laser welding machines
Professional operations such as debugging the laser resonant cavity and calibrating the optical path must be completed by technicians from the laser welding machine manufacturer to avoid damage to the optical path components due to parameter imbalance.
Operators must wear laser protective goggles that meet the requirements of laser wavelength throughout the entire process. It is forbidden to directly look at the laser beam or observe the light spot through reflective objects.
3. Long term shutdown and maintenance of laser welding machine
When the laser welding machine is stopped for more than a week, the accumulated water in the cooling system should be drained (especially in low-temperature environments), and the power should be turned on once a month to run the cooling system for 30 minutes to prevent electronic components from getting damp and aging.
