Components of Laser Rust Removal Machine
Fiber laser source
This is the "engine" of the machine that generates the high-intensity light beam. Most modern systems use fiber lasers which are highly efficient and require minimal maintenance.
Exhaust/extraction system
Rust removal generates vaporized metal particles and smoke. An exhaust system or dust collector continuously pulls these hazardous particulates away from the cleaning head to protect the operator and prevent the debris from settling back on the clean metal.
Laser cleaning head
