1. Ensure the accuracy of bearing holes, flanges, and bolt holes, and control the transmission clearance.
Perform CNC boring and milling machining on bearing seat holes, planetary carrier shaft holes, flange joint surfaces, and bolt installation benchmarks, strictly controlling coaxiality, roundness, flatness, and roughness. Ensure the assembly clearance of bearings and gears, reduce vibration and noise, avoid early wear of the gearbox, and ensure stable operation of the transmission system.
2. Correct casting deformation and unify assembly standards.
Cooling large castings can cause warping deformation. By using large gantry CNC machining to calibrate the benchmark, the assembly tolerance of the entire machine can be ensured.
3. Remove surface defects from castings to improve fatigue performance.
Machining removes sand, oxide scale, and small pores on the surface of castings, exposing a dense metal matrix, eliminating surface crack sources, and significantly improving the fatigue resistance of components.
4. Adapt to subsequent anti-corrosion and surface strengthening processes.
A uniform and flat machined surface is conducive to sandblasting, primer, and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating construction.
