There are significant differences in the size and shape of vacuum chambers, and most of them are customized single pieces/small batches. Welding forming does not require casting molds, and can quickly design square, cylindrical, and irregular vacuum chambers according to drawings; Flexible arrangement of flanges, observation windows, sensor interfaces, exhaust ports, and cable wall sockets, suitable for vacuum testing needs of various detection equipment, with fast response to prototype and size modifications.

2. Closed loop control of the entire process to reduce deformation and pollution caused by transportation.
Assembly → Vacuum level welding → Stress relief → Non destructive testing → Precision machining → Surface treatment, completed in one stop at the same factory.
Multiple transfers can easily collide with the flange sealing surface and cause deformation of the cavity; Integrated production reduces lifting and transportation, protecting the precision machined sealing surface. The welding and processing teams collaborate to reserve reasonable processing allowance during the welding stage, predict welding deformation in advance, and avoid insufficient thickness of the sealing surface after processing.

3. Customized with pictures/samples, quickly landing non-standard vacuum chambers.
Receive 2D drawings and 3D models; Old vacuum chamber spare parts can also be surveyed and replicated based on samples. The technical department conducts a process review in advance to evaluate the feasibility of weld layout, processing standards, sealing structure, and vacuum leak detection, in order to avoid design defects in advance.
